Express Poster ($50) is up to 44 x 72 inches in size and is printed on semi-gloss photo paper. There is no proof provided and we do not edit the poster. Material upgrades are available for additional charge, specify in the Additional Instruction section. Express Posters have a 24 hour turnaround time, that does not mean “same day”. If you require same day delivery there may be a rush charge applied depending on our current production schedule. Rush charges are $20 applied to each poster.

Open studio hours are Mondays from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Appointments are required for times outside of these hours.
 
If you have a lab coat please bring it for your portrait.
 
An hourly rate of $35.00/hour per photographer will be charged for entities outside LSUHS and all events (including LSUHS events) occurring outside of regular working hours--Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 4:30 pm to cover overtime. Location photography occurring outside of Shreveport/Bossier City will also be charged for travel expenses.
 
For print costs, please contact Photography.

Digital newsletters are designed within the MESSAGES program using a template set up for individual departments / programs. The cost to send a digital newsletter is $10 per email for up to 1,000 recipients.
