Please complete the following form to request a presentation for a virtual or in-person event or gathering, tour of Joybound's facilities, or for Joybound to appear at your event. Your request will be routed to the appropriate department.

Joybound requires 3-6 weeks advance notice for most requests.

Please note: We are not accepting requests for youth school group tours at this time.

We are pleased to offer in-person presentations for local groups/events. Presentations are unable to accomodate requests for animal visits at this time.

Joybound's informative volunteer docents lead tours of 5-15 people. Larger groups may need to be divided into separate tours. We are unable to accommodate groups larger than 30 per day at this time.

Tour length is approximately 45-60 minutes. Tours may be scheduled any day between 10 am and 3 pm, including weekends, subject to docent availability.

You may request to meet a therapy animal as part of your tour experience; however, having an animal present cannot be guaranteed or may require scheduling a different date.

Joybound requires staff, volunteers, and visitors to follow all current safety recommendations from Contra Costa Health Services.
