The ORPC accepts applications for Social Workers and Family Advocates on a rolling basis year-round. Only complete applications will be reviewed. At this time, the ORPC is only reviewing applications from those who speak Spanish and/or those who live in the Denver metro area. If you do not either speak Spanish or live in the Denver area, please check back at a later date. Applicants will be contacted for remote interviews depending on jurisdictional need and availability. We will reach out to schedule interviews only for those applicants whose experience and qualifications meet our current jurisdictional needs. Please read the below information carefully before beginning this application to make sure you are filling out the correct form.
The ORPC contracts with non-attorney professionals to support indigent parents navigating a dependency and neglect case. The ORPC contracts with Social Workers (must have a BSW or MSW), Family Advocates (must have a bachelor's degree plus 2 years of direct child welfare or relevant social service experience), and Parent Advocates (must have lived experience navigating the system).
This application is for those who are seeking a Social Worker or Family Advocate contract. If you are interested in contracting with the ORPC as a Parent Advocate, please do not fill out this application.
