Objectives: Identify social media platforms widely utilized and analyze existing wellness social media pages; pinpoint opportunities to gain a stronger sense of community; advocate and provide credible information regarding the dimensions of wellness to educate the community and stimulate healthy behaviors; distinguish common social media messaging mistakes – learn how to redirect communication and set boundaries; obtain knowledge of available censorship and restriction features; and learn how to direct campaign operations through social media platforms and management features.
