7 PM - One hour Ethics CME presentation

Objectives: Facilitate better understanding of certain elements of legal discovery such as deposition, written discovery (e.g. interrogatories, requests for production), and subpoenas; Increase overall understanding of how to give testimony in a deposition and court setting, with redacted excerpts from various depositions with specific points to learn from; and Improve approach to testifying, and decrease risks, by better understanding the different roles as a witness (e.g. as a defendant, as a treater, as an expert)
