Five Star Customer Service: Employee retention and patient retention depends on how people feel about their experience, not necessarily their outcome(s). Get tips to raise this awareness among physicians and staff that will drive patient loyalty and improve employee satisfaction. All patients should be treated with excellent customer service regardless of the mode of payment or services they seek. Five-star reviews are possible with a little effort and higher expectations.
Objectives: Develop customer service expectations for one's practice; Hire with a focus on outstanding customer services skills; Train staff and reward them for delivering excellent customer service; and Make operational changes throughout the practice to better serve their patients.
