To begin the process of declaring your major/minor/certificate, please complete this form.
You may only declare one major/minor/certificate per form. If you are declaring multiple majors, minors, or certificates, please submit a separate form for each. Once your form is received by Newcomb-Tulane Advising: 1. You'll receive an email to sign up for an appointment with your program's department to discuss the requirements of the program you are declaring, obtain departmental approval of your declaration, and be assigned your major advisor, if applicable. 2. The department will then sign off on their approval. 3. Newcomb-Tulane College Advising will update your records to reflect the completed major/minor/certificate declaration. 4. You will receive an email notification letting you know that this process is complete and your program is officially declared.
