NTC/SOPA Academic Alert System

With the Tulane Academic Alert system, instructors can

  • Report Class Absences
  • Identify students who are experiencing academic difficulties
  • Identify high ability students that appear to be unchallenged
  • Connect students with their academic advisor and appropriate services to provide pro-active support

 HOW THE ALERT SYSTEM WORKS:

  1. Instructor identifies students in their course(s) by providing the information below.
  2. Upon submission for this form, an auto-email is sent to the student informing them of your referral.
  3. A copy of the email is sent to the college advisor who will then follow up with the student.

ALL OTHER NON-ACADEMIC CONCERNS should be reported via the following form: http://tulane.edu/concerns.

Should you have any questions or need additional assistance with the Academic Alert System, please email advising@tulane.edu.
