Shelter to Service Foster Application

In order to be considered for foster training a Shelter to Service candidate, you must:

1. Attend a Shelter to Service Foster Orientation

2. Be at least 16 years of age. Applicants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian (parent or guardian must also attend orientation and complete this application)

3. Meet Foster Expectations

4. Live within 2 hours from Joybound's Walnut Creek location
