Joybound's Community Veterinary Care program offers low-cost, non-urgent veterinary care to qualifying pet guardians in Contra Costa County.

Joybound's Pet Safety Net program works with qualifying Contra Costa County residents to find alternatives to surrender. Resources may include but are not limited to: veterinary assistance, pet food and supplies, assistance with pet rental deposit or impound fees, and home repairs/upgrades to keep pets safely contained.
