Summer Single Player Application Form

Welcome!

We are taking applications for our 2024-25 Summer Competition.

We are scheduled to commence the competition from Monday 28th October (as normal) with our Finals the beginning of March, 2025.

To reserve a place in one of our Queens Park Teams in this year's comp, we are asking for you to submit the online application and make payment in full by prior to Joining Us . First in First Served, so Don't Miss Out!

There will be (approx) 5-6 week break over the Christmas period, no games will be played during the break.

Games are played with seven (7) players on the field at any one time.

All players must adhere to the rules and be in uniform by round four (4).

No player is covered by Insurance!

Insurance is each player’s own responsibility and/or choice.

Monday MIXED - 6:30pm FULL

Tuesday MIXED - 6pm FULL

Wednesday MENS - 6:30pm

MENS OPEN :	No more than 7 players must be on the field at any one time.
MENS Over 30's :	Only 4 players under 30 are permitted, but only 2 can be on the field at any one time.
LADIES OPEN :	No more than 7 players must be on the field at any one time.
MIXED OPEN :	No more than 4 male players and 3 registered female players must be on the field at any one time, with the exception of 1 lady must be on the field to start a game.
