This release of liability should be read carefully and should be signed by each and every boarder/ renter and by each of their invitees, guests, servants, agents, employees and contractors prior to the entry by any such persons onto the property consisting of the 18 acre horse form/stable known as Hawks Hollow Stables located in Baltimore County at 7615 Bradshaw Rd. Kingsville, MD 21087.
I, for myself, my heirs and representatives, hereby exempt, release and agree to forever indemnify and hold harmless Robert Weyforth Jr. (referred to as the Stable Owner), and any of its or their owners, officers, agents, servants and employees (all such persons and entities being hereafter termed "indemnities") from and against any claim ("claim" being intended to, and shall include me, a horse loss, liability, damage, expense, including legal expense and fees, cause of action, suit; penalty and judgment of any damage whatever nature to person, property, horse, or other animal or loss of life to a person or horse or any other animal whatsoever, including not only third parties, but also my related entities ("my related entities• being intended to and shall include me, a horse or other animal which I have any economic interest, any person performing services for rrie whether as an employee, agent, servant, or independent contractor and any employee, agent, servant, or independent contractor of any use by me or my related
entities of Hawks Hollow Stables premises, facilities, functions or services (including, but not limited to, entering or departing the premises) from any cause whatsoever including without limitation the negligence of any indemnitees or from some other cause including without limitation the failure of anyone to enforce rules and regulations or the negligence or other persons.
I know the risk and danger to myself and property while upon said premises or while participating or assisting in any event and I do so voluntarily, not upon existing conditions fumished by others but upon my own judgment and I thereby accept AU RISKS to myself and property from any cause whatsoever.
The aforesaid indemnitee is deliberately intended to and does provide the widest possible indemnitee protection to the Stable Owner and the other indemnities and therefore includes, but is not limited to, any instance where any claim is made against one or more indemnitees (1) under law, contract or custom for any injury on any ground including negligence (whether active or passive) a breach of statutory duty or both on the part of anyindemntee in the design, construction, maintenance, administration and operation of the premises, facilities, functions and services (including, but not limited to, transport on, to, or from the premises or facilities), and (2)irrespective of whether a claim is made or could be made by the claimant or by the indemnitee or by my related entities, against any other person or entity, including one or more of my related entities, under law, contract or custom for any injury or any ground including negligence (whether active or passive) or breach of statutory duty or both.
I hereby waive all of my rights and forever release and discharge the indemnitees from liability for any claim which I now have or might have hereafter for any injury to my related entities of the Hawks Hollow Stables premises, facilities, functions or services (including but not limited to transport on, to or from the premises or facilities) including, but not limited to, any claim under law, contract or for custom for any injury or any ground, including negligence (whether active or passive) or breach of statutory duty or both on the part of an indemnitee and irrespective of whether a claim is also made or could be made by me or by the indemnitee against any other person or entity including one or more of my related entities under law, contract or custom for any injury or any ground including negligence (whether active or passive) or breach of statutory duty or both.
