Contract Information Farm Parties

Our goal is to provide quality entertainment for you, your friends and family. Here are a few notes to help us in coordinating your party/event:

1. Your party will not be scheduled until we get a 50% deposit to hold your date.

2. You are welcome to invite as many guests to your party as you wish. Please remind your guests they are coming to a farm. We recommend that you ask them to wear old shoes or boots. A little bit of rain turns to mud quickly.

3. Deposits can be made by check. Checks should be made out to Hawks Hollow Farm and sent to 7615 Bradshaw Rd. Kingsville, MD 21087. Please put the date and time of the party in the memo line. You can also send money via Venmo to @ Robert-Weyforth or via Paypal @ hawkshollowhorsefarm@gmail.com Cash app $hhf1995

4. The remaining balance due for the party must be paid on the day of the party via venmo, paypal, cash app, credit card or cash. If you wish to pay balance via check it is due 2 weeks before the party.

5. Two horses are included for pony rides. Additional horses can be requested for $120. Additional pony recommend for more than 20 children.

Final payment can be made the day of party with the except of a personal check. If you wish to use a check it must be received 2 weeks prior to the party.

Cancellation/rescheduling policy. In the event of a true emergency, you may contact us up to 24 hours before the party to cancel or reschedule. Poor weather is NOT an emergency. Parties are held rain or shine. Parties will not be rescheduled due to weather unless in is a snowstorm or a state of emergency.
Your deposit will not be returned but can be applied to another available date or any other services at Hawks Hollow Farm.
