There is very limited group space left.

If you register and we find we are full, you will receive a full refund and be put on a waiting list. Sorry!

Artists showing in home and business sites are not impacted by group sites being full.

Thank you for your interest in ROS-19. We are excited to bring this weekend of art, music, and community to Boston's vibrant Roslindale neighborhood.

You do not have to live in Roslindale to participate in ROS. We have group sites that are open to anyone, or you can arrange to show at a Roslindale resident's home/studio, or at a local business.

If you do live in Roslindale, we strongly encourage you to show in your home/studio, and especially to join with other artists to create a multi-artist site or neighborhood cluster.

To register, please complete the form below. Fees are: $75 per artist for Home/Studio, $100 per artist for Business sites, and $150 per artist for Group sites.

DEMONSTRATIONS and SPECIAL EVENTS

If you would like to do a demonstration of your work (at any site), or host a musical performance or other 'extra event' (such as a bake sale at a home studio), please describe it here. We will list events on the ROS web site, and in the brochure (as space allows).

To sign up for a group site, please rank your preference below, after reading the NOTES.

Space is limited, and preferences are not guaranteed. Placements will be made based on date of registration, preference, and medium.

Artists will be notified of placements after registration ends on July 15th.

NOTES:
Dispaly Area: All group site artists are provided an approximately 8'x8' space.
Tables: No tables will be provided at the Substation/Turtle Swamp. A limited number of tables will be available at Roslindale House. Ample tables will be available at Church and Emerald Society.
Lighting: For Substation/Turtle Swamp and Emerald Society, we highly recommend artists bring their own lighting.
Please make your site choices based on these notes.

TERMS

Artists who arrange to show in businesses must pay entry fees in order to be officially registered with ROS.

Fees are PER ARTIST, NOT PER SPACE: If multiple artists are in a Home/Studio or Business site, each one must register and pay seperately. Thank you for respecting your co-participants by following these rules.

Group Show space is limited, and registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Site assignments and placement within sites will be determined by the event coordinators based on date of registration, medium, and available space and equipment.

ROS may refuse work deemed by its Board to be inappropriate for this event.

Cancellation: 50% refund for withdrawals made in writing/email prior to September 1, 2019. No refunds will be issued after September 1, 2019.

Liability: Roslindale Open Studios is not responsible for loss or damage to artwork or other personal property sustained during the Roslindale Open Studios.
