Taking Time to Take Care of Ourselves
 
Take two-hours to de-stress and appreciate why we need to take the time to care for ourselves. Join fellow Girl Scout alumnae for an evening of health information and exercise outdoors at our camps! Bring a friend (non-alumnae welcome) to this health and fitness crawl. Warm up with a short tour of our campsite, followed by two 20-minute sessions of Yoga and Zumba (try out one session of each, or two the same). Learn from a health expert (registered dietetic technician) how and why we need to live healthy to deter illness and perform our best. Wear comfortable exercise clothing. No Yoga or Zumba experience necessary. Space is limited.
