Return Policy

Return Exceptions 

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include clearance items, final sale items, and key fob shells and cases. Products that have been used, installed, broken or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

All items must be in the original packaging. 

Restocking Fees 

All new returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

Exchanges 

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item within 30 days of ship date for an exchange. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.

Shipping and Handling Charge Refunds

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exceptions to this policy apply if you received a defective item or an incorrect item was shipped by Lockdown Security.
