Participation Contribution (Due 8/31/24)

The Instrumental Music Program is almost solely funded by the parents and families of the program. We've outlined on the form the various costs associated with operating this program at its current level per student. Our budget is tight and the program needs everyone to contribute! Thank you for your continued financial support! We rely heavily on your generous hearts and keen investment in your student's musical experience. (A financial assistance form, if needed, is available when completing the registration form. See check box marked "Require Financial Assistance.") Please register for all the program costs you plan to receive/participate in - thank you! Please check the contributions/donation you are paying at this time. If you have a student in both band and orchestra you only need pay the Program Contribution for one of the two, but please contribute to other specific activities such as Band Camp, uniforms, instrument rental, transportation, etc.

Disneyland/Transportation - TO BE DETERMINED

Instrumental rental and drumline wear and tear - applies to instruments rented for home and school use and to percussion and pit players for mallets and drumhead wear. Orchestra students will need to complete a form and get the instrument from Ms. Munday. ($200)

Student Donation - to sustain the programs by building reserves and funding shortfalls ($200)
