A flu clinic will be hosted by KU Human Resources and Rite Aid. The clinic will be held in the
Student Rec Center, South Studio on
October 30, 2024 between
9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m (times are tentative). You will receive a confirmation email from
humanresources@kutztown.edu a few days prior to the event. In order to maintain a sufficient amount of supplies throughout the day, we are asking participants to register for this event. This is a walk-in clinic so appointment times will not be scheduled. Vaccines will be administered on a first-come, first-served basis by Rite Aid Pharmacy. Coverage for vaccines is subject to health plan.
Employees must bring the completed Rite Aid form and either their Highmark insurance card (APSCUF, coaches, managers, police officers, nurses) or their CVS Caremark prescription drug ID card (AFSCME, SCUPA).
