We are familiar with the event schedule, including days and times for move-in, expo hours and move-out, as detailed in the online exhibitor kit and on the Event website.

We have received and are familiar with Select Global Event’s Display Rules & Regulations for this event, as detailed in the online exhibitor kit.

We understand Shepard is the exclusive contractor for material handling, rigging, and labor, and have or plan to order the appropriate services as required for our set up.

Health and Safety Standards

Select Global Events Ltd takes the health and safety of our guests and participants as the highest priority and expects all exhibitors and contractors to do so as well. As an exhibitor, you have a legal and moral responsibility to ensure, as far as is reasonably practical, the health and safety of others is not put at risk by your actions or inactions during your participation in the event. This includes responsibility for all aspects of safety within your booth during move in, on show days, and during move out.

In consideration of our company member's participation in the event, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees to all of the following: *

We will appoint competent member(s) of our staff to be responsible for all health and safety measures within our booth and relative to our overall participation at the event.

We will be familiar with and will abide by the Health and Safety Policies of all appropriate local, State, and Federal agencies.

We are responsible for compliance with Select Global Events and Venue rules, regulations, and emergency procedures, as detailed in the online exhibitor kit.

On behalf of myself and other relevant Company employees, we hereby fully understand and knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably assume all risks, hazards and dangers related to entry into, and participation in the Event. We personally take full responsibility for our own safety and actions while traveling and on-site.

We hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organization, Venue, Hotels, Contractors, Exhibitors and Guests against any and all costs, expenses, damages, lawsuits, and/or liabilities or claim arising whether directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the released party due to injury, loss, or death from or related to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases.

We hereby agree to not travel or enter the venue if we experience any symptoms generally associated with COVID-19 or other communicable diseases.

All booths (island booths excluded) come with white 8' back drape, white 3' side drape, and a Booth ID sign. Carpet, or other approved flooring is required. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to order their own furnishings, utilities, and catering services. Please check all that apply to your booth display below. *

We will be ordering a booth package, custom exhibit, or a la carte services from Shepard, exclusive General Service Contractor for the show.

We will be hand carrying our backdrop, booth display, and/or flooring with us.

We have hired a third-party Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) to design and construct our booth. If you have hired an EAC, please provide the name of the company, contact information, and upload proof of their insurance and booth drawings below.

If you are bringing in your own EAC, you must complete the appropriate paperwork with Shepard and submit your booth drawings for approval. We strongly encourage you to pre-order material handling, labor, and utilities in advance prior to the rate increase deadlines posted within the online exhibitor kit.
