CARCGA has 2 classes of membership - stakeholder and associate.

Stakeholder members participate in committee and sub-committee meetings, have the right to vote on items brought before the committee and for appointments to the Board, can be elected to serve as a Director of the Board and can be designated as Chair or Vice-Chair of any committee. Current dues are $100 per year for stakeholder members.

Associate members participate in committee and subcommittee meetings but have no rights to vote or serve as a Director of the Board or Chair or Vice-Chair of any committee.

Education/Marketing - promote membership in CARCGA and educate the excavating community about damage prevention

Legislative/Regulatory - encourage and track legislation that effects the excavating community

Subsurface Safety & Incident Prevention (SSIP) - examines excavating best practices for recommendations for safe digging

Technology - evaluate and educate on technologies to reduce risks while digging
