By submission of this form, your interest in the School Board vacancy and this application will become public information.

The School Board Secretary will contact the candidates on Tuesday November 6, 2018, to schedule an interview with the Board of Directors. Interviews will be conducted on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at the District Administrative Office located at 540 Trestle Place in Downingtown starting at 7:00 p.m. The selected Candidate will be sworn in at the regularly scheduled School Board Meeting on November 14, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.

I do not have an office or position which, according to Section 322 of the School Code, is incompatible with the office of school director.

I am of good moral character and am not otherwise ineligible to the office of school director under School Code or Pennsylvania law.
