Please forward your resume to Virginia Warihay, Downingtown Area School District, 540 Trestle Place, Downingtown, PA 19335, or by email to gwarihay@dasd.org by 4:00 pm EST Monday, May 1, 2017.

By submission of this form, your interest in the School Board vacancy and this application will become public information.

The School Board Secretary will contact the candidates on Thursday, May 4, 2017, to schedule an interview with the Board of Directors. Interviews will be conducted on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at the District Administrative Office located at 540 Trestle Place in Downingtown starting at 6:00 p.m. A vote will be taken at a Special School Board Meeting on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.

I do not have an office or position which, according to Section 322 of the School Code, is incompatible with the office of school director.

I am of good moral character and am not otherwise ineligible to the office of school director under School Code or Pennsylvania law.
