Whether your group is needing one or all of our available services, we are happy to help make your experience an enjoyable one!
 
To request availability and pricing please complete the form below. This form is only a request for services. The completion of this form does not guarantee services or suggest an agreement for services. Facility usage dates/times are subject to availability. Due to high demand, reservations are processed in the order they are received. After submission, the Coordinator for Conference Services will contact you for final arrangements where contract terms will be discussed. Please allow 30 days for the Coordinator to send a Summer 2024 Camps & Conferences Housing Contract if spaces are available that meet your needs indicated on this inquiry.

The summer camp/conference season begins no earlier than Saturday, June 1, 2024, and all camps/conferences must be checked out by Saturday, August 3, 2024.
