General Terms / Conditions

CANCEL & CHANGE TERMS

* Cruise Deposits are due upon booking

* Travel Insurance is NON REFUNDABLE

* Cancellations prior to NOVEMBER 24, 2018 will result in deposits refunded and a $100+tax admin fee charged per guest.
* Changes are allowed prior to NOVEMBER 24, 2018 and subject to a $100+tax admin fee plus any applicable fare difference.
* Cancellations between NOV 24 2018 and JAN 26, 2019 will result in 50% forfeiture
* Cancellations between JAN 27, 2019 will FEB 23, 2019 result in 75% forfeiture
* 100% forfeiture to cancel FEB 24, 2019 onwards or for “no-shows”
* All Cancellations will result in $100+tax admin fee per guest charged separately

ADDITIONAL TERMS

* Fares are in currency noted depending on residency, per person, based on double occupancy; cruise only, subject to availability, capacity controlled, may be limited to residency, and may expire.
* Gov’t fees and taxes of $150 CAD or $110.96 USD are per person and included in rates listed (taxes subject to change). Contact Carine for single, triple, quad rates.
* Flights, transfers, gratuities, hotel or insurance costs are not included.
* Pre-cruise hotel and transfer extras will become available at a later date.
* The Cruiseline reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement of up to $10 per person per day on all passengers if the West Texas Intermediate fuel price exceeds $65 per barrel, even if the fare has already been paid in full.
