The IT department within those organizations often report emails from MOSSA as spam. Please do not use a company or work email address and only use a personal email address. 

INACTIVE FOR 7 QUARTERS OR FEWER?

If you have been inactive for seven (7) consecutive quarters or fewer in the program you are looking to reactivate, simply complete this form to restart Autoship. You’ll then head over to the MOSSA Store and order the release from there.

 

INACTIVE FOR 8 OR MORE QUARTERS?

If you have been inactive for eight (8) or more consecutive quarters in the program you are looking to reactivate, you will need to restart your Autoship and complete a Reactivation Assessment.

Once you complete this form, you’ll be reactivated for Autoship and sent the latest release. Within 30 days of receiving the release in the instructor app MOSSA GO, you’ll need to submit a video of yourself teaching the release. We’ll provide feedback in a Reactivation Assessment to make sure your teaching and coaching is up-to-date with important components such as brand architecture, track names, coaching language, and best practices.

The cost to reactivate and submit a Reactivation Assessment is $49.*

January 1 - March 31: JAN release

April 1 - June 30: APR release

July 1 - September 30: JUL release

October 1 - December 31: OCT release

 

*Once your order has been processed a MOSSA Representative will confirm with you when your Reactivation Assessment is due, if applicable.

Please note, once you cancel Autoship for a program, you will no longer have access to that program on MOSSA GO.

You can place a program on "Hold" for one release cycle and continue to have access to that program on MOSSA GO. If you wish to place the program on "Hold" instead of "Cancelling", please uncheck "Cancel Autoship" and instead check "Place Program On Hold for One Release".

An instructor can place a program on HOLD for one quarter, and in that case, will continue to have access to MOSSA GO and will not be charged for (nor receive) the upcoming Autoship release.
 
**If a program is currently on HOLD it cannot be extended, the program will be made inactive.  HOLD is a one-time courtesy option.**

All instructors are required to be enrolled in Autoship in order to have “active” status and be eligible to teach (this includes subbing). We will notify your Group Fitness Director that you are cancelling and no longer eligible to teach the program(s) you are cancelling.
