Please complete this form and submit the re-registration fee and tuition deposit to guarantee your child(ren)’s re-registration for the 2021-2022 school year. The fees and deposit will automatically be billed to your FACTS account once the form is submitted. All current students are guaranteed a place in next year's class if they register by the January 27 deadline and then pay their FACTS fees. Registrations submitted after that date will be accepted based on availability in their class.
Your re-registration is not complete until this form has been submitted AND you have paid your re-registration fee ($100 per child) and tuition deposit ($750 per family) through FACTS. Completing this form gives AACA permission to bill your FACTS account for these charges due on your next payment cycle. If this presents a hardship for your family, please contact Mary Bodlak and special arrangments can be made.
Please note that this re-registration form includes students currently enrolled at AACA for the 2020-2021 school year and any new child(ren) who is applying for admission next year (i.e. an incoming 3 year old pre-school student). An application must also be completed online through our website for any students new to our school and you will be notified of their acceptance status separately. New students will not be billed the re-registration fee.
