Please view the “EOF Applicant Letter”; instructions below are available for download. Please submit ALL SUPPORTING FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS FOR 2022 & 2023 TO SUBSTANTIATE THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE HEREIN PROVIDED.  For example, 2022 & 2023 Tax Return Transcripts including W-2 forms and appropriate schedules, Welfare Statement, Child Support Award Letter, Social Security forms, Pension Benefits form and other applicable documents.

Part F: Award Information

In order to complete the award process, the following must be done:

  • Complete and File an Admissions Application to CCM.
  • Complete and File the 2024-2025 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at fafsa.ed.gov. (This is only for applicant who has a Social Security Number and is either a US Citizen, US National or a Permanent Resident)
  • Complete and File the 2024-2025 NJ Alternative Financial Aid Application at hesaa.org/Pages/NJAlternativeApplication.aspx. (This is only for applicant who does not have a Social Security Number and/or is not a US Citizen, US National or Permanent Resident)
  • Complete and File the E.O.F. Application Form.
  • Submit Proof of Income and any other requested documentation, as per enclosed instructions.
  • Schedule Applicant Interview by calling 973.328.5270.
  • Submit two official forms of identification including driver’s license, social security card, student ID
    and/or alien registration card.

Factors that determine eligibility include:

  • Full-time enrollment (at least 12 credits per semester)
  • One year residency in New Jersey
  • History of financial need (must meet EOF Income Guidelines - Part D of application)
  • Show potential and readiness to successfully complete transitional or college level course work through performance on the Accuplacer Entrance Examination (Minimum score of 3 or better on the Essay portion of exam is required)
  • A willingness to attend and participate in required EOF activities
  • Must not be in the last two terms of study leading to graduation or has not accumulated more than 30 credits.

Thank you for your interest. In order to determine your eligibility for admission into the Educational Opportunity Fund Program (EOF), you must provide income documentation. There is limited space in the Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) Program, so be sure to submit requested documentation.

Documentation Submission

Two years of income: IRS Tax Return Transcripts, SSI Benefits, SNAP, Child Support and/or any other form of income. Income verification is MANDATORY for EOF Consideration and Eligibility. If you have any questions, please email EOF at eof@ccm.edu.

If you applied for the EOF program and you are ready to submit your supporting documents, please mail them to County College of Morris; EOF Program - CH 211; 214 Center Grove Road; Randolph, NJ 07869 or you can drop by the office and we will copy the supporting documents.
