Music educators, businesses, and organizations are invited to complete this form as an application to present a clinic for the 2024 WMEA State Music Conference, January 19-21, 2025, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Sessions will be selected on the basis of quality of presentation, innovation, timeliness of the topic, practical application, and programming balance.

Submission deadline is July 22, 2024.
Membership in NAfME is required to serve as a clinician for WMEA.
Notification of acceptance/non-acceptance will be made by September 1, 2024.
The sale of goods during a session is prohibited. (please refer materials to a vendor)
Individual requests for day or time cannot be granted.

Clinic Sessions are 60 minutes.

Monday sessions are 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM.

Tuesday sessions are 8:15 AM - 2:00 PM.
