During Breathwork, we will be exploring the power of our breath. There are potential risks and contraindications associated with any form of breathwork. Even though we advocate a subtler approach to breathwork, Restorative Breathwork may initiate certain specific physiological changes in the body as well as may trigger intense physical and emotional release. As a precaution, we have listed below common contraindications for participating in breathwork. If you have concerns, we encourage you to check in with your healthcare provider before participating in breathwork.

Restorative Breathwork has powerful potential as a healing modality and, when used wisely, can have transforming effects on consciousness, physical health, and well-being.
