The Office of Respondent Parents' Counsel is a state agency that provides indigent legal representation to our community members faced with the possibility of termination of their parental rights. We therefore do NOT allow any members of social service department, law enforcement, prosecution offices or county attorney office to attend our trainings.

RPC attorneys who have a current contract with the ORPC and who hold dual roles are exempt from this restriction.

By enrolling in this video platform, I affirm I am not affiliated in any way with any social service department, law enforcement, prosecution offices or county attorney office, or that I am a current RPC and am therefore exempt from this restriction. I understand that enrollment grants me access to the ORPC video plattform for my personal use and I shall not share my password.
