2025 National Restaurant Association Show Meeting Request Form

All meeting requests are due by April 11th, 2025.
You must be an exhibitor to rent a room at McCormick Place.
Please know that there will be a room rental fee (charged directly by McCormick Place).
A room may not be reserved for more than one day for any given function and functions must be limited to three hours during official Show hours unless otherwise approved by Show management. If you are interested in a longer time period, please contact restaurantshowsales@informa.com to discuss purchasing a hospitality suite.
Once you complete the link and a room is assigned to you, you will receive a confirmation within 3 business days.
If you want to serve food or beverage, you need to use the exclusive caterer, OVG Hospitality.
Meeting coordination is the responsibility of the requesting company; Show staff does not provide meeting planning services.
