Please note that everyone working on any production or event in JAC, in any capacity, is required to join the Friends of JAC Society (FoJACS).  This is to enable coverage under our insurance policy.  Note also that our insurance is not comprehensive: - for example Guest Company goods are not covered and actors are not covered while rehearsing or acting.  Guest companies should arrange for their own cover for those items. Membership in FoJACS is free to people working in JAC and the application form can be found at www.jerichoartscentre.com on the page for Volunteers. 

Information on this form is automatically sent to all JAC departments, and this is our preferred method of distributing information.  If you only tell one of us, you risk the information (e:g: change of performace schedules) not getting to all the people who need to be told.
