ABOUT THE WORKSHOPS
 
Dr. Shekhar, Michelle and Forest will teach you how to cook healthy vegetarian meals at Twin Ponds Integrative Health Center, Breingsville, Pennsylvania.
 
 
INSTRUCTORS 

Dr. Shekhar Annambhotla, BAMS, MDAyurved, LMT, RMAS, Pennsylvnaia is an registered master ayurvedic specialist who was trained in India and has been  practicing and teaching ayurveda worldwide since 1988. He began his eight year course of study in ayurveda at the age of 17, first at Nagarjuna University  in Andhra Pradesh, India and then at Gujarat Ayurved University in Gujarat,  India, where he earned his Doctor Degree in Ayurveda. He is a Licensed  Integrative Bodywork and Massage Therapist (LMT) and an Experienced  Registered Yoga Teacher (E.R.Y.T.-500) with the Yoga Alliance and an instructor of therapeutic Hatha Yoga, having completed training at the Swami Vivekananda Yoga Research Center in India. Shekhar is also a certified Pranic Healer and a Reiki Healer. 

Michelle Costantini, AFNC, ALC, Pennsylvania is an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, Educator and Ayurvedic Food and Nutrition Consultant certification from International University of Yoga and Ayurveda, Florida. Michelle offers Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultatations, and personal and group cooking classes at Twin Ponds Integrative Health Center, Brieingsville, PA.
