CONTRACT AGREEMENT
The representatives of our organization agree to abide by and adhere to all policies set forth in the Guidelines and Regulations for Exhibitors enclosed with this document. Any policy not covered by the Guidelines and Regulations for Exhibitors will be referred to the convention hotel. The contact person and all representatives understand that it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to carry appropriate insurance to cover loss or damage to their exhibit or products. By signing this contract, you agree to this statement.
