Please note that all bookings are subject to our advertising terms and conditions – please read these before booking.

This form is for registered Fringe shows and venues only. Commercial rates are available in the business rate card. If you have any questions about commerical advertising, get in touch on marketing@edfringe.com.

Immediate payment by credit/debit card is required to confirm your booking (please note American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted). Other payment options are available, however, bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

The advertising rate is calculated based on

Ads can be either booked to appear in a specific section (eg, comedy, theatre, etc) or anywhere within the programme (ROP – Run of Paper).

1/8 page (83mm x 65mm)
1/4 page (83mm x 136mm)
1/2 page (83mm x 273mm)**

* Some sections of the printed programme can be very popular and are likely to reach capacity before the deadline. Bookings will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. If the section you wish to be included in has reached capacity you may select another section, or select the Run of Paper option.

** Half-page ads cannot be booked ROP, and must be for two or more officially registered shows with each show given approximately equal weight in the advertisement. They cannot be booked on behalf of only one Fringe show / event.
