This request form has closed. The City and County of Denver is managing cart inventory and has ordered additional carts to accommodate expanded service. All requests will be fulfilled before the first invoice period in 2023, but at this time it may take several weeks to deliver new carts.
- If you currently have a large trash cart and don't fill it regularly, you are able to call 311 (720-913-1311) to place an order for a smaller size.
- If you don't currently have compost service, we recommend waiting to downsize your trash carts until compost service begins, so you know what size is best for your household. Your invoice will automatically reflect a credit until composting service is available for your residence.
- Beginning in 2023 you will be able to see your current cart sizes and request different carts through your Denver Utilities Online account. All customers will receive login information approximately 30 days before receiving your first invoice.
