7th and Sandy Pop-Up Plaza Event Host Signup

This form is for event organizers and individuals interested in hosting events at Depave's 7th and Sandy Pop Up Plaza site this summer! All types of events are welcome: music, art, performance, art market, dance, games, skate events, and more. Please note that all events must be free and open to the public, and celebrate inclusivity and diversity. Please fill out a form for each event you would like to host. If your event is approved, you will be contacted for a site visit and meeting about planning/scheduling the event.
