Registration


Use this form to reserve your Yale Tango Fest events.
1. Reserve your classes and milongas according to the pass you are getting, or buy individual events. For each class choose lead or follow.
2. Verify that you're not double-booked for any of the classes, or chose any that are full, or too many.
3. Complete the payment information with your credit or debit card. We can't take checks.
4. One person per form please.

SINCE YOU ARE SIGNING UP THIS LATE, PLEASE PRINT OUT AND BRING BOTH: (1) THE FIRST PAGE OF THE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION YOU RECEIVE BY EMAIL, AND (2) YOUR PAYPAL RECEIPT WITH RECEIPT NUMBER. 
If you don't bring the receipt, please pay in cash at registration. We will refund any duplicate paypal payment as soon as possible, probably Monday or even before. Thanks!!

We have participants who buy individual events when it would be more economical to buy one of the available passes. Please do the math before you click!If you are taking 4 or 5 events it is more economical to take a pass. Sorry we can't do the math for you. If you want to send us too much money, that is OK, and we thank you very much.

Please note that classes labeled "almost full" tend to have only 1 or 2 spots available. We update the form all the time but it may happen that the class you reserve is no longer available. We will substitute a different class in that case.
Please do NOT choose a class that is labeled "full". We will substitute or cancel your reservation depending on availability.

The Yale Tango Fest is co-sponsored by

the MacDougal Center for Student Life,
and the Yale Tango Club, who sponsors the Yale undergrads. 
For Yale students taking a weekend pass, your free classes take the
form of a discount on top of the already low student price.

After you have clicked "Continue", you will see a summary of your class selections.

Please review your class selections and make sure you do not have two classes with the same day and time, for example, "Sat3". If you select more classes than your pass is good for, we will mercilessly delete whichever class is most crowded. If you choose classes that are already full, we will delete those or move you to a lower level class. Sorry: the Fest is an all-volunteer budget operation and we don't have time to do the thinking for everybody. Please double check your selections, and click "back" to make changes, so we don't have to.

After you review and make changes, click "Continue to Paypal", this will ensure that your registration is submitted. Once you get to the PayPal page, please proceed with credit/debit card payment. If you close your browser before you get to the PayPal page, we will not receive your registration. Make sure you know if your Paypal payment went through (you'll receive a receipt, or check your bank statement).


PLEASE SAVE AND PRINT OUT THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL so you have a record of the classes you chose and you will know where to go when you get here. This information will also be on your festival pass but of course you will not get your pass until you get here. If you don't receive a confirmation email and a PayPal receipt within 24 hours, please email us.
