Hello! Our club is large and it's a lot of work to stay on top of everything we organize. Therefore, in order to be more efficient, we only take your payments online by credit or debit card to avoid human error.

No more cash payments for important stuff. Our officers will refuse cash in payment for memberships, class series and unlimited passes. Items which can still be paid in cash are a single class or T-shirt; basically anything that costs $20 or less. There is an ATM in GPSCY.

About checks. If your credit or debit card fails or you don't have a card, you can bring in a check. Checks are a lot of work for our volunteers. If you don't pay online, you are in the database as Not Paid, we may have to remind you repeatedly to bring in the check, we have to log into the database and type in changes, write on your check, photocopy it, go to the bank to deposit it, and deal with check clearing issues. Please save yourself and us this trouble and use the online payment method if possible.

Memberships are exclusively for non-students who are only interested in the practica and not the classes. Students (including graduates & post-docs) are automatically members. To forego the need for a membership, sign up for one of the series or attend three or more classes.

To become members, non-students MUST get a sponsorship IN PERSON at the practica. For membership information, please read here.

Passes are good for Wednesday and Sunday evening classes for June 2009. There will be a total of 12 classes, two each Wednesday night (a level 1 class and a level 2 class) and one all-level Milonga class on Sundays.

Payment

After you press submit and confirm your choices, you will get to the payment page. Please follow the instructions. You can pay with a credit card or a debit card (ATM). Paypal handles the processing. You don't need to sign up for a paypal account (we recommend you don't, so you can confidently continue to ignore all those fake emails).
Your online payment shows up in our database instantaneously. You will get a receipt for your records.

Please note: you will receive a confirmation email as soon as you click "continue" at the bottom of this form but you are not registered until you have paid through paypal. Please keep you paypal receipt.

If your online payment fails for any reason, you can fill out the form again using a different card.
If it really doesn't work, bring in a check before the next class. If you forget your check, the per-class door price applies. Please understand that check payments are a lot of work for us. We are volunteers. Please help reduce the paperwork for us so we can all just dance and have fun. Thanks so much.
