Parent and Family Talent Survey Sheet
Each parent or adult family member should fill out a separate sheet. Welcome to Pack 178 and our Cub Scout family. As explained earlier, Cub Scouting is for parents as well as boys. The program is designed to garnish interest in parents and adult leaders as well as the boys. Cub Scouting should not be viewed as another activity to drop children off at but as an opportunity to spend quality time with your Cub Scout and build better bonds. The Pack leadership invites you to add your talents and interests so that the best possible program can be developed for your boy and his friends. Cub Scouting is dependant on parents and adult family members who are willing to donate some time and effort for their boys. Pack and Den Leaders know you have some talents that will help in the operation of the Pack. Although your ability to help my be limited, whatever you are able to do will be appreciated. Even limited assistance equals up to make the difference in many occasions. In completing this survey, the Pack Leadership wants to uncover ways you can enjoy giving assistance. It will also be useful in helping to design the Pack program. Please answer the following as completely as possible and return to the Cubmaster or your Den Leader. Thanks!
