Payment for training MUST be made prior to course start date.
Cancellation Policy:
A student may cancel a class registration and receive a full refund at least 10-business days prior to the start date of the class. Students canceling with less then a 10-business day notice will be charged a service fee of 50% of the course fee. Students who fail to attend without prior notification will forfeit the entire course fee. From time to time PacifiCAD will have to cancel or reschedule a class. If this occurs the student will be given the choice to reschedule to the next class or receive a refund for the paid class.
One-Year Retake Policy:
PacifiCAD acknowledges the cost and time investment to attend training. We want you to feel that you have benefited from the professional training you have received from us. You may retake any class, free of charge, if you meet these conditions: it has been less then one year since you first took the class and the retake class is being taught on the same version of the application you originally took the class on. Enrollment accceptance will be dependent upon available seating. Retake students will be required to bring the course material issued in the first class; new training materials will not be provided.
