*If, for some reason, your payment does not seem to go through. please contact us. Some Windows Operating Systems seem to get hung up during the payment process. If this occurs, we can send you an online email invoice.

*This Form must be filled out only once per Contestant entering each Pageant. In other words, two or more Contestants cannot share one Form. Each Contestant must be processed on their own individual Registration Form

Entry Fee includes all Optional Categories.

SwimWear is completely Optional and will be judged line-up style. No points will be taken away of you choose not to join in the SwimWear Category.

*The Pageant will start with Younger Contestants in SwimWear, followed by Formal. Then, Older Contestants in SwimWear followed by Formal.

*In any case, SwimWear is first, so if you're participating in SwimWear, please know that's the part of the Pageant that after the SwimWear portion has been completed, all Contestants should be/change into Formal attire and the Pageant will continue.

Lastly, we will have Crowning, also done in Formal/Pageant attire.

For Older Contestants, the Optional Categories are SwimWear and Photogenic.

For Younger Contestants, the Optional Categories are SwimWear, Best Dressed, Best Hair, Best Eyes, Best Smile and Photogenic.

*You may submit up t o 3 photos for the Photogenic Competition. They can be any type or size – snapshots, school pictures, professional quality, etc.

* OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:

I hereby apply as contestant in the WEEKI WACHEE PAGEANT and I acknowledge as follows:

I agree to abide by all the rules of the Pageant now in effect or as announced hereafter from time to time.

I understand and agree that if selected as the Winner, I will be invited to attend functions as a Titleholder. I further understand that, even if I am not selected as a Winner or Runner-Up, I may be invited to attend some functions on behalf of the Pageant. *As such, I will make every effort to participate in these and in the State Competition if I am selected.

I hereby agree that the manner of judging shall be solely within the discretion of the Director and decisions of the Judges shall be final.

I further agree to permit my photograph and name to be used without charge for all publicity and any telecast of the Pageant.

I am free to withdraw at any time, but under no circumstances will I be entitled to a refund. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

I am of good health and moral character and I voluntarily disclose that prior to the date of this Pageant, I have not engaged in any activities which would bring or tend to bring, myself into disrepute, ridicule, or contempt.

I agree that I will make no official appearances whatsoever unless authorization is granted. I understand and agree that doing so could result in the loss of my Title and the return of any and all prizes awarded.

I agree that I will not incur any debts on behalf of the Pageant or Aim Direct Media.

Pageant or the facility is in no way responsible for any accidents or injury that may occur before, during, or after the Pageant.

Failure of the winning Contestant to comply with any of the terms hereof shall, at the option of Aim Direct Media, result in Entrant’s disqualification, loss of Title and return of any and all prizes awarded.
