Your Entry Fee includes all Optional Categories within each Age Division, including Best Dressed, Best Hair, Best Eyes, Best Smile, and Most Photogenic. *You may submit up to 3 photos for the Photogenic Competition. They can be any type or size – snapshots, school pictures, professional quality, etc.

It's best to bring your Photogenic pictures to the Pageant with you. They also will be available for you to pick up after the competition and take home.

*Photogenic is not mandatory - You will not receive points off if you don't have photos.

We will also award a Director's Choice Award, Online Choice Award (based on Online Voting), Audience Favorite Award and a Community Service Award. (Please turn in a written description to be considered for the Community Service Award.)

This year's Pageant also features an optional Talent category. Do you have a special Talent you'd like to show off? Our Pageant will be filmed, so here's your chance! There is an additional $20.00 fee for Talent, with several additional wonderful prizes offered.

OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:

I hereby apply as contestant in the CHASCO PAGEANT and I acknowledge as follows:

I agree to abide by all the rules of the Pageant now in effect or as announced hereafter from time to time.

I understand and agree that if selected as the Winner, I will be invited to attend functions as a Titleholder. I further understand that, even if I am not selected as a Winner or Runner-Up, I may be invited to attend some functions on behalf of the Pageant. *Also, I am aware that there is s National Competition in July (Orlando) and that I will be encouraged to attend that event.

I hereby agree that the manner of judging shall be solely within the discretion of the Director and decisions of the Judges shall be final.

I further agree to permit my photograph and name to be used without charge for all publicity and any telecast of the Pageant.

I am free to withdraw at any time, but under no circumstances will I be entitled to a refund. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

I am of good health and moral character and I voluntarily disclose that prior to the date of this Pageant, I have not engaged in any activities which would bring or tend to bring, myself into disrepute, ridicule, or contempt.

I agree that I will make no official appearances whatsoever unless authorization is granted. I understand and agree that doing so could result in the loss of my Title and the return of any and all prizes awarded.

I agree that I will not incur any debts on behalf of the Pageant.

Pageant or the facility is in no way responsible for any accidents or injury that may occur before, during, or after the Pageant.

Failure of the winning Contestant to comply with any of the terms hereof shall result in Entrant’s disqualification, loss of Title and return of any and all prizes awarded.
