This is your Official Entry Form for GASPARILLA PAGEANT 2010. This is also the Entry Form used to sign up for the GASPARILLA MODEL SEARCH and the First-Ever GASPARILLA CALENDAR CONTEST! This Entry Form MUST BE FILLED OUT ONLINE for your spot to be secured in the 2010 Event! To ensure participation, Register Early!

The Gasparilla Pageant, Gasparilla Model Search and Gasparilla Calendar Contest Events are held over two separate days. Saturday, February 20th, is for Teens (15-Up) and Adults. Sunday, February 21st, is for Babies, Kids and Young People up to Age 14. Both Days' Events are true Model Searches with Agency Professionals in attendance!

The Basic Entry Fee is only $99.00! Basic Entry allows you to compete for your Age Division Gasparilla Title in FormalWear (Gown/Dress/Suit/Sunday Best). You'll be a Gasparilla King or Queen if you win your Age Division! By default, you will be entered for the Gasparilla Model Search and be considered for the Gasparilla Calendar Contest, provided you've met the requirements for those areas of competition and have let us know you want to be in them!

To be considered for the FIRST-EVER GASPARILLA CALENDAR and/or to be considered for our GASPARILLA MODEL SEARCH COMPETITION, you must enter the Basic Pageant, SuperModel, PirateWear and Swimsuit Optional Categories. There will be 12 Calendar Contest Winners and 6 more Model Search Winners. You do not need to have won your Age Division Title to be considered for this opportunity. BE RECOGNIZED ON THE FIRST-EVER GASPARILLA MODEL SEARCH (Guys and Girls)/GASPARILLA CALENDAR CONTEST, TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO BUSINESSES ALL OVER TAMPA BAY! *You must be available for Calendar photo shoot and Calendar autograph signings!

Listed below, you will see all of the Special Optional Categories that Adults and Children are able to participate in at Gasparilla Pageant 2010! THE OPTIONAL CATEGORIES BELOW ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WIN A TITLE! You will have your opportunity to choose your Age Division, etc. in a few paragraphs, after some extra Optional Categories are shown. These Optional Categories are fun "extras" that allow you to win great additional prizes and recognition! You may choose as many Optional Categories as you like. *Regarding Talent routines, you may perform more than one Talent routine, if desired. Talent routines should be three minutes or less in time.

Do you wish to be considered for the GASPARILLA CALENDAR CONTEST or GASPARILLA MODEL SEARCH?

ULTIMATE GRAND SUPREME - ONE AWARD GIVEN EACH DAY! To be considered for the ULTIMATE GRAND SUPREME TITLE, you must enter the Basic Pageant, at least one Talent, and all other Optional Categories. BE RECOGNIZED ONSTAGE AS THE GASPARILLA PAGEANT'S ULTIMATE GRAND SUPREME WINNER AND RECEIVE A CASH PRIZE OF $500.00!

Do you wish to be considered for the GRAND SUPREME Title?

MINI SUPREME - ONE AWARD GIVEN EACH DAY! To be considered for the MINI SUPREME TITLE, you must enter the Basic Pageant, at least 2 TYPE A OPTIONAL CATEGORIES and at least 5 TYPE B OPTIONAL CATEGORIES, (A LIST OF TYPE A AND B OPTIONAL CATEGORIES LISTED ABOVE).

We will also be presenting several other Awards each day that are FREE and are included with your Basic Entry Fee. These include a Spirit Award (given to the Contestant who demonstrates notable Sportsmanship), a Congeniality Award (given to the Contestant who is the friendliest and most helpful to others during the Pageant), a Directors' Choice Award, a Peoples' Choice Award (given to the Contestant who has received the highest number of votes from Online Voting), and a Community Service Award. To be considered for a Community Service Award, please submit your information to the Pageant Office a week before the event.

For the purposes of this Entry Form, this event will be referred to as the Gasparila Pageant.

I hereby apply as contestant in GASPARILLA PAGEANT 2010 and I acknowledge as follows:

I agree to abide by all the rules of the Pageant now in effect or as announced hereafter from time to time.

I understand and agree that if selected as the Winner, I will be invited to attend functions as a Titleholder. I further understand that, even if I am not selected as a Winner or Runner-Up, I may be invited to attend some functions on behalf of the Pageant.

I hereby agree that the manner of judging shall be solely within the discretion of the Director and decisions of the Judges shall be final.

I further agree to permit my photograph and name to be used without charge for all publicity and any telecast of the Pageant.

I am free to withdraw at any time, but under no circumstances will I be entitled to a refund. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

I am of good health and moral character and I voluntarily disclose that prior to the date of this Pageant, I have not engaged in any activities which would bring or tend to bring, myself into disrepute, ridicule, or contempt.

I agree that I will make no official appearances whatsoever unless authorization is granted. I understand and agree that doing so could result in the loss of my Title and the return of any and all prizes awarded.

I agree that I will not incur any debts on behalf of the Pageant.

Pageant/facility is in no way responsible for any accidents or injury that may occur before, during or after the Pageant.

Failure of the winning Contestant to comply with any of the terms hereof shall result in Entrant’s disqualification, loss of Title and return of any and all prizes awarded.
