The Gasparilla Pageant, Gasparilla Calendar Contest and Gasparilla Model & Talent Search events are held Saturday, February 18th. Teens (14-Up) and Adults.

The Basic Entry Fee is only $99.00! Basic Entry allows you to compete for your Age Division Gasparilla Title in FormalWear - (This is when you wear Beauty/Gown/Dress/Suit.) Your Basic Entry fee also includes the PirateWear Competition!

*You will not be penalized if you DON'T compete in PirateWear. It will not hurt your chances for the Gasparilla King or Queen Age Division Title, (i.e. Miss Gasparilla, Miss Gasparilla Teen.)

You CAN BE entered for the Gasparilla Model & Talent Search, Provided You Enter The Talent, SuperModel Optional Category Or Any One Of The Modeling Categories (great for those who "rock the runway") and also let us know you wish to be entered in that special part of the competition! (There's a check box below.) You can do Talent only if you wish.

*Regarding Talent routines, you may perform more than one Talent routine, if desired.

Talent routines should be three minutes or less in time. Note: If you are interested in performing more than one Talent routine of the same type (2-3 Dances, for example), please let us know. We may be reached at (813) 892-5502. *The more routines you perform, you do put yourself in the running for special "Talent High Point Titles".

***MODEL SEARCH:

To be considered for our GASPARILLA MODEL SEARCH, you must enter the Basic Pageant and at least the SuperModel Category.

You do not need to have won your Age Division Title to be considered for this opportunity!

Do you wish to be considered for the GASPARILLA CALENDAR CONTEST or GASPARILLA MODEL & TALENT SEARCH? Please tell us whether or not you do want to be considered for any of these!

***MORE AWARDS YOU CAN WIN:

We will also be presenting an Online People's Choice Award (given to the Contestant who has received the highest number of votes from Online Voting), an Audience Favorite Award, a Director's Choice Award, a Congeniality Award, and a Spirit Of Pageantry Award (with your photo appearing in Pageantry Magazine).

To be considered for a Community Service Award, please submit your information (why you should be chosen to be awarded for service to your community) to the Pageant Office a week before the Pageant.

OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:

I hereby apply as Contestant in Gasparilla and I acknowledge as follows:

I agree to abide by all the rules of the Pageant now in effect or as announced hereafter from time to time. I acknowledge the Pageant owns the Trademark of Gasparilla and agree to uphold the spirit of this Federally Trademarked event.
I understand and agree that if selected as the Winner, I will be invited to attend functions as a Titleholder. I further understand that, even if I am not selected as a Winner or Runner-Up, I may be invited to attend some functions on behalf of the Pageant. I acknowledge that there is a National Pageant (July in Orlando) and I will be encouraged to attend.
I hereby agree that the manner of judging shall be solely within the discretion of the Director and decisions of the Judges shall be final.
I further agree to permit my photograph and name to be used without charge for all publicity and any telecast of the Pageant.
I may withdraw at any time. Under no circumstances will I be entitled to a refund. No exceptions.
I (and/or my parent/guardian) am of good health and moral character and I voluntarily disclose that prior to the date of this Pageant, I have not engaged in any activities which would bring or tend to bring, myself into disrepute, ridicule, or contempt. Speaking ill of the Pageant, Director, judging, etc. shall result in loss of Title and possible legal action.
I agree that I will make no official appearances whatsoever unless authorization is granted. I understand and agree that doing so could result in the loss of my Title and the return of any and all prizes awarded.
I agree that I will not incur any debts on behalf of the Pageant.
Pageant/facility is in no way responsible for any loss, accidents or injury that may occur before, during or after the Pageant.
Failure of the winning Contestant to comply with any of the terms hereof shall result in Entrant’s disqualification, loss of Title and return of any and all prizes awarded.
