If your grant has been approved, completing this form is the third step of the Innovation Grant process.This online form must be used to request funds for your approved innovation grant project. It should be completed by the primary grant recipient or an IDS staff memeber. Once this form is submitted, it will be verified and forwarded for processing. If there are any discrepancies, you will be asked to review/revise your request.  This funding request must be submitted by July 31st of the academic year.
