(1) Please do not use this reservation form after 2pm if you wish to attend a performance today. Please phone 604-224-8007 line 2 to check that we are not sold out and leave a message.

(2) This is a reservation request - not a "live" reservation system. You will receive an automated email copy of your reservation and you can assume that your reservation has been accepted unless we make additional contact by phone or email.

(3) If you are cancelling or changing a booking, please check as an "amendment," put the new numbers in the boxes for "Number of reservations" and confirm the changes in the "comments" box below.

(4) Reservations that are not pre-paid must be collected prior to 7:45pm or they will be released for general sale at the door.
