JAC CURRENT SEASON APPLICATION

Applications for Sept 1, 2008 on: use "Upcoming Season Application"

This form is for applications to use JAC during the current season for:
(1) "Major" productions (i.e requiring more than one week for Tech + Performances).
(2) "Minor" productions (i.e requiring less than one week for Tech + Performances)
(3) Rehearsals in JAC, or
(3) Rentals.

Please check our website for the Guidelines for Applications and the JAC Availabilty Calendar before completing this form.

JAC is not available during the days already booked for Tech and hours booked for Performances and use is contingent to not negatively impacting other users.

JAC is typically available up to 5pm on performance days and all day when there are no performances scheduled.

Short-listed applicants for performance time will be invited to submit a more detailed proposal with: budget, marketing Plan, script etc.
