JAC CURRENT SEASON APPLICATION (to Aug 2009)

Use this form for applications between current Sept 1 to Aug 31. For next Sept-Aug, use "Upcoming Season Application" frm

This form is for applications to use JAC during the current season for:
(1) "Major" productions (i.e requiring more than one week for Tech + Performances).
(2) "Minor" productions (i.e requiring less than one week for Tech + Performances)
(3) Rehearsals in JAC, or
(3) Rental for non-performance use.

Please check our website for the Guidelines for Applications and the JAC Availabilty Calendar before completing this form.

JAC is not available during the days already booked for Tech and hours booked for Performances and use is contingent to not compromising other users.

JAC is typically available up to 5pm on performance days and all day when there are no performances scheduled.

Short-listed applicants for performance time will be invited to submit a more detailed proposal with: budget, marketing Plan, script etc.
