STEP TWO: ATTACH ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS (LETTER OF APPLICATION)

1. How would you describe your approach to leadership?
2. What aspect(s) of leadership are you interested in developing?
3. What type of leadership does your organization or community need in the future?
4. One of the key components of this Institutute is the focused work each participant will do on an issue or topic in their organization. This will be your leadership project. Please describe the leadership project that yo uwould like to work on while participating in the Nonprofit Leadership Institute.
5. Participating in the Nonprofit Leadership Institute requires a substantial time commitment that is essential for your own development as well as for peer learning. Please explain the strategies you will use to fit this into your schedule.

STEP THREE: ATTACH SCHOLARSHIP REQUEST

If you are in need of a scholarship, there is a limited amount of scholarships that are available. Please indicated the amount of scholarship that you need as well as how this scholarship will benefit you and your organization. Upon acceptance, you will be notified about the amount of scholarship that you receive. Maximum file size is 1 MB; preferred file type is Word or PDF.

STEP FOUR: ATTACH YOUR LEADERSHIP REFERENCE LETTER.
